PICO LED LAMP
PICO LED LAMPS offer outstanding properties for curing UV-adhesives in fully automatic production lines. These adhesives are most effective in short cycled lines and frequently dispensed with piezoelectric PICO VALVES. The UV-LED lamps complement a fast and reliable dispensing process with a UV-curing at the same technology level.
The most important features of PICO LED LAMPS are:
- Very long life-time up to 10.000 hours, low cost of ownership
- Low energy consumption
- Almost no wear parts such as shutters
- Full intensity some milliseconds after switched on
- No mercury
- Very low thermal radiation, low thermal load for parts and machine
- Flood lamp, perfect for larger bond lines
- Wavelenght 395nm, best for most up to date UV-adhesives, thick bond lines and plastic substrates
Available in two versions: air cooled with up to 1.5 W/cm2 and water cooled with up to 4W/cm2.
