In a lot of applications our piezoelectric valves are in use with a dispensing tip. Using a dispensing tip often provides best performance for very highly viscous fluids and fluids with solid fillers. Dispensing tips also provide the opportunity to dispense very fine beads / lines.
We recommend using our high precision dispensing tips when operating with a piezoelectric dispensing valve. Our precision tips are available with PTFE-coating as well.

PICO VALVE MV-100 with needle adapter
Standard valve design with all-purpose properties. Best for most middle viscous and thixotropic fluids such as grease, oil and most one component adhesives. Perfect for most UV-curing adhesives and coatings. Valve can be heated up to +100°C.
With our attachable needle adapter it is possible to use our high precision dispensing tips.
Smallest dispensing volumes are below 5nl.
