The increasing miniaturization of industrial products is a tendency becoming more and more obvious especially in the field of entertainment and communication electronics.
With regard to the product engineering the manufacturing of components getting smaller and smaller results in new challenges particularly in case of large scale manufacture. Above all this is applicable for the metering of liquids during the production process as well. Shortest cycle times, which remain under one second very often, require an excellent process security and metering accuracy. In case of usual metering systems, however, it is often not possible to reconcile highest demands on speed with metering accuracy at the same time.
The aim of PICODOSTEC is to provide his customers with high-quality metering and micro-metering valves, which get over the application limits of todays metering systems. PICODOSTEC offers optimal solutions for automated production processes and thus increases its efficiency and profitability.
